REFUND POLICY

Acceptance of the tenancy offer makes the occupier liable to pay the occupational fee’s for the agreed period of tenancy. Refunds will only be applicable to initial rental payment of £200.00 when the tenancy offer is not accepted by either party.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

Should you tick the option for recurring payment by card via the student portal please note the following:-

To cancel a recurring payment please put your request in writing to aberdeen@ardmuir.co.uk or dundee@ardmuir.co.uk. The frequency of the transaction will either be Termly or over 8 instalments as per your tenancy agreement. The length of payment will be over a 44,46 or 50 week period as per your tenancy agreement.
