We are a family run business with long serving experienced staff who are sympathetic to the needs of our Students.
We have a dedicated team of staff, based in Aberdeen and Dundee ensuring that we can provide our consistent and responsive service that we have become know for.

We are on call to help, whether it be an emergency, or simply seeking some advice, and will deal with every matter in a professional and courteous manner.

There are NO call centers or central administration. We are local to our properties and the area. We share with you all our contact details (mobile phone numbers and email) so you can always reach the person you need.

We have an office base at our Trinity Court location, where you are always welcome to drop in and visit too.

Our properties are unique in the fact that they have so much space and communal areas. We have large private outdoor spaces at nearly all of our locations, and prefer to provide you with a home to live in, rather than a hotel room to hide in!



We are always here to help, and no problem is too big or small. Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring that you are happy living with us, and will treat you with respect and kindness.

When you live with Ardmuir, you automatically benefit from the amazing service, maintenance and cleaning services we offer at each location.

All our flats come fully equipped with everything you need to live, so when you move in all you need to bring is your clothes, bedding and towels. Then go to a nearby supermarket to stock your fridge and you are set!


You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, utensils etc. Each flat also has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board

We don’t charge any Utility bills (we pay for your gas and electricity)

We also don’t charge all the typical ‘extras’ that you come to expect from a landlord. Everything is included when you live with us.

Doing your laundry is FREE, no queues, no tokens, no lugging around your washing! Just do it in the comfort of your own flat.

We provide a free high speed WIFI service that offers a minimum of 40MB service, so as soon as you arrive, you can be online and connected after a simple registration process.

All our locations in Aberdeen have locked, enclosed bike storage in a convenient location to keep your bike safe, and we offer free secure (gated) car parking at most of our locations too. In fact, we have hundreds of parking spaces, so if you have a car, it’s a great place to stay and to keep your car safe of the busy streets.

Security is as important to us as it is to you, so we have CCTV at all our locations, but also a regular staff presence keeping an eye on things.

In Aberdeen, house keeping is provided in all our flats (yes! We come and clean up your kitchen, bathrooms and common areas every two weeks!)

Scotland can be a cold place, but we want to keep you warm, so you can control your heating, and decide when you want it on and off, and how warm you want to be!

All of our flats offer large modern bathrooms, most with a full sized bath and overhead shower.

All of our bedrooms are presented in a comfortable neutral modern decor, they all have a large single bed with storage drawers underneath, carpeted floors, a study desk and desk chair, a large wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, desk lamp and each room has its own heating control. We encourage you to enjoy living there, therefore allow the use of posters, pictures etc allowing you to make it your own.

All of our Tenants can use the Ardmuir Student Lounge at Trinity Court, which can even be reserved/booked for special events or occasions. Make use of the huge screen and projector for gaming, movies, or even study groups or presentations. Whilst there, you will benefit from the free high-speed internet/WIFI (up to 120MB) perfect for gaming and movie streaming. You can even come in and grab a free cup of coffee on your way out!

Keeping on top of all maintenance issues is no mean feat, however after ten years with us Peter sure can make it look effortless. He is not on his own though with a dedicated team of seven behind him it is no wonder our frequently used phrase amongst the staff is ‘will we ask Peter?!’
