Our ‘All-inclusive’ rent means just that. The Ardmuir service comes at no additional cost. This means that you DON’T have to pay for:
- Heating and lighting
- Cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom and common areas in each flat
- Washing and drying your clothes
- Lock out assistance (within normal working hours)
- Maintenance service (within normal working hours)
- Upkeep of gardens and common areas
- 10 monthly payment instalments
The flat becomes your home and private residence. For that reason we don’t have wardens to check on you coming and going and let you live as you wish. For emergencies you will have contact details for the entire Ardmuir team who can hopefully assist.
There is off street parking available at each location, it is chargeable annually at Trinity Court and King St, and free at Linksfield and Froghall.
